I think what is amazing is how little these products are tested. Wouldn't you test hundreds of these non-stop before making a huge launch?

you dont think they test them? a test is only as good as the testing process. and the bad many times echoes louder than it actually is. news reporters are looking for a story, i still havent read anywhere about the nominal complaints of the xbox. is it even over 100? the news story was originally taken from complaints being heard on gamer forums, and then a bunch of the news story places simply republished them.
