PR alone, means shit for a site's worth. A websites worth or value monetarily is dependant on alot of things.
traffic
design
content
revenue
domain
scripting
branding
SE listings
page rank
That's like asking what a car's value is based on it's rims. It could be a porsche, could be a geo metro. There is alot more to base it's worth on than PR. If you don't know that by now you should sell the site and send in your resume to starbucks asap.
