I haven't had a car since I moved to Spain (public transport system here rocks!), but I can honestly say that I have not noticed one single thing that has drive-through, not even MacDonalds...
But then again, streets are very narrow here, and the little there is of space is too expensive to be wasted on nonsense (in Barcelona that is).
