My neighbour just sent that to me last night. We have a guy on our street who is just about as anal and annoying with his lights as that. he just spent $600USD for some program to run his lights/patterns off of his computer. This is on top of the cost of the 9 bazillion lights the guy has....plus his electricity bill.
