Yes they suck, hate to use them but they are so damn easy, sending money in 1 sec all around the world. But hell as a company they blow.
I avoid using them and stopped buying things on ebay. I rather go to a store and pay a bit more.
It's very easy to get scammed or scam other people with paypal. No safety at all.
