Here is a thought.

You know a bunch of things she likes, maybe things she wanted to do, etc

Show what a caring great thoughtful guy you are and incorporate them into the proposal


Example,

My first x wife, loved horseback riding, never had good photos taken and had a lousy new years.

So, I had her picked up in limo, taken for a spa day, then taken to my studio for some glamour shots, then we went horseback riding and arrived in a little restaurant in the middle of nowhere where I bought a bottle of Champaign for everyone in the place, and pretended it was news years, danced to old Lang sim, everyone cheered and toasted us.
