I have a question. I hear everyone blabbering about 20/20 and such... but does anyone know how to roughly convert a diopter into the 20/20 scale, or better yet the metric of 6/6 ?

I have -2.5 in my left eye, and -2.25 in my right. So roughly what would that be on the 20/20 or 6/6 scale?
