whats the law on..
Ok so my friend came to me with a question he was at a bar the other night taking pictures of some girls in a wet tshirt contest, whoop de do. Anyway next night he posts them on his website. one of the girls in the contest found them and now is demanding to have them removed or else she is going to sue him (i'm laughing at that part) but is there any legal matter on this? she is considard public domain if shes out in the public infront of thousands of people? dumb girl is 18+ btw. and non-nude just wet tshirt.
never was real clear on these parts.
