Shrug. I've done work (and continue to do work) for a lot of large programs, and don't agree with your assessment of "smart policy" or who will laugh who "out the door."
I've tried to say it in a respectful manner, but you're not leaving me much choice -- I consider you to be a child trapped in a high post count. Your reputation hits both extremes: some people love you, and a lot of people think you're a putz. To me (and this is my opinion, nothing more), you're a hack with little skill in design and almost no skills with people. If you want to get right down to it, I cringe to even read your spelling, grammar, and punctuation. It's like you don't even TRY.
One thing I *do* know: you have an entirely inflated sense of self. For the better part of last year, our office wall had your flameout with Leslie at Vivid. That was solid gold. Classic! I can't respect anything you do or say after the unprofessional way you conducted yourself in that thread. Apparently, you just keep rolling with the absurd bullshit. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself, I guess.
