Well, I'm not a doctor, but from what I've read and heard, as I mentioned earlier, these SSRI's do not necessarily help. Your seratonine level can be ok, and you might have panic attacks because of other reasons.
As someone mentioned, SSRI side-effects can be worse than the panic attacks themselves
I'm not saying, that in some, or even most cases, an SSRI would not help.
