I'm moving to 'rica in a couple of weeks. I know a few of you guys are down there already... I'm wondering if you can guide me on a few things.

#1) What's the best way to find reliable rentals?

#2) Which part of Costa Rica would you recommend which is fairly cheap yet still close to the beach?
