First up: Please make applying for a daily spend increase easier - I've been trying to get Support to send me the application for weeks now (literally). The PDF they send does not work (corrupted file). They sent again (even though I told them it wouldn't work). Of course, it didn't work. I send back another email and they tried sending a Word Doc - guess what? No file was attached to the email.

It is beyond ridiculous that such a simple thing has taken *weeks* and they still haven't got it right. Humans can put a man on the moon but ePassporte can't figure out how to get a document to a client.

Secondly, for those of us in Canada it is impossible to transfer funds (i.e. to a bank) and with the afore-mentioned issues with getting a spend limit increase, it is very hard to work with this card. Can you make it possible, even for a big fee, to transfer funds to a Canadian bank, via wire, or whatever? Anything?
