yeah, all in all its wrong. i just found out that the kid was 14, i didn't know that. i heard he was 16. 14 makes it alot worse to make fun of. next time before i make fun of it i think i'll find all the facts first, thats probably the smart thing to do. i still think its completely retarded that the justice system is such a falilure and the double standards in society are what they are. i don't think my cynicism is understand from the perspective i am commenting from. this country is fucked up in many, many ways. basically, thats what i am saying.

obviously, any sex with underage is not right, everyone knows that. in a sad way its comedic to watch the justice system fail time after time, but when its convenient they bring the hammer down on the chosen ones that can't fend for themselves or are not potential precedent cases for future rulings.
