anybody ever had this problem with IE where it hangs when it is downloading images into a webpage? it started with just a couple sites that i regularly visit - now it's doing it on all websites - like right now on GFY the only image that downloaded successfully is the top sponsor banner. i deleted all temporary internet files - didn't help.

help!
