Just drawing over images in flash (easiest flash thing in the world, you don't even have to know fow to use flash really, just the line tool).. There could be a bunch of it ongoing over a few months so im kinda looking for a per image estimate... hit me up on icq and i'll show you a few examples and have a bit of a chat.
