I get them once and awhile. Feel very nervous when there is no need to be.
Worst is when your out eating and get a panic attack. Feel like you'll be sick and that just adds to the fear.
Best to just ride it out. Don't bother with any meds - those are for pussys.
Its your own body, you just need to tell yourself there is no reason to feel nervous and they pass.
Used to get them once or twice a month but haven't had one in several months now so maybe its gone.
