Xanax, colonopin, valium etc...they work well when you are right in the middle of having a panic attack...but I found out real quick that once they take you off those damn things the side effects of that are increased panic attacks...it actually says that in the meds literature...not to mention the fact that they are highly addictive.
So stay away from those as much as you can, they can only increase your misery.
