Based on my reading, you are right about most of the things you posted in this thread. Muscles are built in the kitchen, not the gym. You work out to stimulate muscles to grow and than you eat the right stuff so they can actually grow. Working out 10 hours a day is just stupid, one would only do damage to ones body.
I don't know much about steroids and which ones you are referring to, but are you sure you need to train MORE with steroids than without?
