We get them too, it has to do with sitting too long in front of a computer, working too hard on something that will never be finished fast enough. Wanting to do everything that's away from the computer.....At least this is the feeling we get. That's when we try to take a break from this scene. A warm bath with soft music and low light will normally ease it, a good long walk and taking full breaths, & sleep always helps. Taking a pill will temporarily make it better but it won't cure you.
Most importantly, trust that everything will be ok and you are stressing for nothing.
