Ponder on this. If Hef is renting out his place for these parties, then he must have a license, guaranteed.
Getting the license means city codes, which means maximum number of people.
Cooks have to know, ahead of time, how much to cook.
Bartenders have to know, ahead of time, how much liquor and ice to have available.
You can't make it up as you go along or it won't be the pleasant experience it was.
