I was actually referring to the part where they sew the inner labia partially closed for "tightness" Any fathers here know this as "the extra stitch". but your right the clitoral hood is the same as a foreskin basically.
The point was, ( and sixone just proved it, without realising it ) that its idiotic to mutilate someones sexual organs for the purpose of esthetics.
The clitoris does not hold "all" the sexual pleasure for a female , just as the foreskin does not hold "all" the sexual pleasure for a man. Cutting either of them off will DECREASE sexual pleasure in the same way for a man as a woman.
