Let the kid decide is probably the best decision. Should he decide to circumcise later on in life, he can still do it. However, if he is circumcised, it's irreversible.
Personally, I prefer it uncircumcised. The important thing is that it's clean. If the girl doesn't like how it looks, tell her to close her eyes when she's blowing him or simply hide it in one of her holes.
