this is done easily, as we do the same with yak and bear.
you must collect the piss of the animal in an oak cask, seal it tightly, and storing it in root cellar.
you must let it ferment for at least six months, the longer the better. We have a nice vintage 1996 from yak that my mother brings out to celebrate holidays and birthdays
