I thought it was a pretty good. I might change the organization a little bit to emphazie the toronto amateurs original content section. That is definitely your strong point. I would also dump the bevel on the thumbnail images, and more clearly identify the pages where there are thumbnails and those where there are sample movies. Another thing - dump the extra space at the bottom of your page. I know you want the counter, but either monitor your stats through your host, or do something to mask the counter or get another one, or just shorten the length of the page, and leave it as it is, with a notation that it is a counter.

One last thing, get some more videos and start a 50/50 affiliate program.
