Epassporte Issue
Using epassporte almost 2 years and never had any problems, but
now to reset a password i need to make 3 international calls and issue not resolved yet.
Is it possible to put back simple button for password reset as it was before?
What the prob with that ?
2 times i spoke with your support and they asked for email - i've got an email where they ask to call , WTF ???
Do you think customers really want to spent time and money for international calls to reset a god damn password ??
Very disappointed now.
