Even Ray Charles could see that one these days, it's amazing really that they even through that out there. I personally think it's the Republican's way of calling their bluff so to speak with all the recent 'pull out' chatter.
They're basically handing the Democrats a noose and seeing if they're willing to put it on and jump. Well that's only if you want to wager that the majority of the US wants us out, or to stay...that's the meeeelyooonnnnnnn dollar question.
