You could have saved all that typing and just copied and pasted from the 1000's of posts that have told the same sad story.
Any other type of business would have gone under by now - but as its an internet based company they can get away with just about anything. PayPal do the same thing and get away with it all the time.
How long before we get the compulsory "you must have spammed" or "learn to read the terms" crap from a certain someone? - we all know who Im talking about.
