If they are bisexual, there maybe disproportionate risks.
"During the first decade of the AIDS epidemic, it was well established that HIV infection was highly prevalent among sexually active white homosexual men. Fifteen years after the first cases appeared, African-American gay and bisexual men in the US are disproportionately affected by HIV. Many Black gay men are at high risk for HIV, yet few programs exist for them, and even fewer have been evaluated for effectiveness."

If they are drug users, there may be disproportionate risks:
"This study describes self-reported histories of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) with respect to gender and ethnicity and examines the factors that influence the use of condoms among heterosexual users of injection drugs and/or crack cocaine.
...
Results: STD was common among 29% of the white men, 53.6% of the black men, 55.9% of the white women, and 64.7% of the black women self-reporting previous infection."

According to the BBC:
"Statistics show that, although black people make up 12% of the US population, they account for 45% of new HIV infections. One in 50 black men and one in 160 black women are HIV positive."

Interesting statistics to ponder..
