even if it's staged this is very stupid and dangerous, local civilians on the street would assume that it's not staged.
so the perpetrator could very well lose his life to a group of guys who aren't too keen on that shit...most decent guys will jump on some asswipe in a heartbeat if they think he's violating an innocent female.
in certain parts of the USA for example (most middle class locales) a guy doing that would definitely be killed.
