Yes, German law says all hardcore content must be behind an avs. They're just trying to enforce their law elsewhere, just as a lot of USers think we should all comply with 2257.
Much like 2257 for non-americans, ignore the german laws if you're not in germany. Deal with your laws of your own country. We can't all worry about laws in other countries (or we'd all have to take our sites down cos they're all illegal in china)
