What kind of a requirement is "Must be at least 5 years old"?
Do you know how few adult websites are for sale that have been arouod for 5 years? Probably a handful at a time, and the average price is probably in the mid $XX,XXX range if not more.
I can understand one year old or more, maybe even two. But 5?
