Is it possible to find what backbone providers a host uses for its bandwidth?

E.g. Need a tool to tell me this for XYZ host:
Incoming:
70% Savvis
30% Cogent

Outgoing:
90% Cogent
10% Level3

PS. I know about FixedOrbit, but need more indepth info.
