If they were passed out and she sexually touched them, that would be rape, but it wasn't so she got sexual assault. Rape requires force. You just mixed up sexual assault and rape, honest mistake. [Date rape = RAPE btw]

#3: This regarded all young males banging this old woman, so I don't know why you would call her a sexual predator. If anything, the teens are the sexual predators getting free pussy and booze off of this woman.

Point in fact: No Rape charges.

Yeah, anyway, you can make up analogies all you want, but it still goes on a case by case basis. I have no idea why you even called me out on my sentencing. I guess you like seeing really harsh cruel and unusual punishments given out for offenses that don't deserve it. 30 years is a life sentence for her, think about it. I stick with my old statements.
A little touchy? His comparison was right the fuck on.

What's the difference between a 40 yr old woman providing drugs and booze and fucking teen boys and a 40 yr old man providing drugs and booze and fucking teen girls?

Why would it be rape if a man did it and not the other way around?

Your reasoning is flawed. Read what he said carefully and come back again. He didn't say anything about girls being passed out.

BTW - the TRUTH of the matter IS - if this was a 40 yr old man and teen girls insted he'd get the book thrown at him WHICH IS WHY THE JUDGE is saying 30 years FOR HER ... use common sense people ... I know this is GFY, but c'mon

LOL
