A fair sentence would've been alcohol training courses, 2 years probation, 1 year house arrest, and 300 hours of community service along with monthly drug tests during the probation period.

The prosecutor should also be ashamed of himself for allowing such a sentence to be given.

I don't think half the judges in this country are competent enough to do their jobs. Sad day for the criminal justice system.
