It is an unfortunate incident. Things like this do happen from time to time.

You have to always take into account the act of malice. If the hospital and it's staff actively say, "let people eyes be eaten by ants" then you have a cause to be angry and upset. This seems like an accident and as horrible as it is that is what happens in life.

It's an American way of thinking to always find blame and look for someone to punish when something goes wrong. Look, things go wrong, that is life.
