I see no differnece in reporting if they were east indian, asian, etc.
About 2 or 3 years ago, there were a rash of attacks from East Indian men in the Abbotsford BC area where I lived. They were done from mini vans and by multiple men. Giving out that they were East Indian was just as important as giving out the type of cars to watch for, imho.
