Actually it's supposed to be quite good. I've only had laser eye surgery here, but results have been great so far and was very cheap.
Dentists are another hit here for the quality/cost ratio. Private hospitals give awesome care and have good facilities for really low costs....to give you an idea:
I went one night to get an x-ray of my chest, urine test, four different blood tests and doctor consultation and it cost me less than $100...and no waiting in lines.
