One or two of the thngs you asked for I've had guys ask fo on occasion, but some of it I've never had anyone ask for until you did. Perhaps THAT is why you're not finding it.
If you think there's a huge need for something, then keep it a secret, produce it, and make some money. Of course, if you were totally convinced of that, that's what you'd be doing instead of complaining.
