We use CC bill as well. We use just about every major processor. They all do the same thing. We do see real bursts as well for sure in the 4pst time frame a massive amount of signups will come in blocks.
One reason to know it's the processor is graph out the hours per paysite. If at 5:15 each paysite had a small burst in signups you know it's the processors. Which we know
