As far as a company like Globill or iBill having an option to shave... you won't find a big "click here to shave 85%" button in the admin area. That isn't to say it can't happen. For example - it is possible to suspend the partner's account (for whatever reason through the iBill CMI for example) and un-suspend it later. I don't know whether it is still possible through iBill but I'd imagine that it is. Whether Globill has ever had that option at all, I have no idea. The suspend function isn't intended as a shaving tool just to rip honest webmasters off, of course... but if a partner's account is suspended for 1 hour of every 24 hours, assuming that their signups are roughly the same every hour of the day... it is paramount to shaving 4% of signups. Suspend for 2 hours and it takes 8%, 3 hours takes 12%, etc.

That actualy makes a lot of sense. I almost want to join Globill, just to see what the admin functions are. I'm on a 50/50 program, I'm converting really well, but if it is possible that they suspend my account 7 to 10 hours a week, then Im missing out on a lot of cash.
I know it's not fair for me to assume that a sponsor would do that, but at the same time, I'm sitting here behind my PC and I have NO CLUE whats being done with my account. I wouldnt doubt that every webmaster has been fucked, whether they know it or not, butI wanted to feel better knowing that they dont have the option.
I would think that if a Company such as Globill, is high on anti fraud, that they would focus on CC scams, and fake signups as much as they would on the webmaster running the affiliate program. I would hope so atleast.
