I was out of town when this interview started but I can say there are some people who are completely clueless as to who and what Sarah is. I can speak from experience that when you have a traumatic experience there are times when you just need someone you can let yourself go with. Sarah knows in her heart what she's done before and after her husband's untimely death would have been fine with him, it was fine with her and that's all that matters.

As far as how she feels about herself, we should all be so lucky to be comfortable in our own skin. I know 5'9" 100 pound models who are less secure with themselves than Sarah is.
