The site looks good though, very clean, a nice start. I definitely agree with making the Happy Stiff cartoon smaller and moving everything up a bit. Also, you paid for such a nice cartoon, seems like your logo could be better to match it.

Oh last but not least, since you seem to be going for a very "organic" approach to building up traffic, you might want to cut down on the banner ads for now. A few custom hand-made ads "recommending" certain sites might do better at this point than a bunch of regular banner ads.

The cartoon was made, the logo is my own photoshop work (wanted to keep it clean and simple) As for branding it's all about the cartoon, the logo might change.
I might shrink the cartoon figure but I'm keeping it large so surfers just need to pay attention to him, they need to know him as the happystiff if they do they won't forget the domain name.
As for sponsors, I'm trying out different ones, adultfriendfinder is doing good so far but I'm still searching. For now most of them are just to bring some color to the site.
For the rest, I'm taking the difficult way, it's a lot of work but I expect it will be worth the efforts, if not I tried
