Out of any of the builders I think my fav would be Billy Lane.. from
http://www.choppersinc.com simply because his shop is in my old home town and the guy started out in a 1 unit warehouse about 5 units down from mine.
I remember him when he was driving his old primer Chevy truck.. back before he became popular and got on the Discovery channel shows.
I also agree on OCC guys, their bikes kinda suck.. They put way too much shit on them.. They remind me of Mexican Bean hoppers.
