He told me she could go to civil court I think, but that it wouldn't hold any merit because of the police report showing that she was charged and at fault.
She didn't actually walk in front of the car, she ran in front thinking she could make it across before I passed. I was completely caught off guard and couldn't do anything.  |
yeah, some guy backed up out of his driveway into the road and hit the side of my new car. even though it was clearly his fault, he still filed a suit against me. long story short, it never made it to court. the reporting officer laughed at him and he backed down.
