exactly! i got my cell phone back from the federal security of the building and they gave me a hard time. they said since i left it in the building its considered abandoned. they did give it back to me however if someone found it and gone through it then i think its on them as long as its not illegal.
it reminds of the story i read of a guy playing porn in his DVD player in his car and someone saw it and he got busted. i forsee alot of legal problems for people toting porn around and I personally...dont see need for the risk. hell if i wanted to do that all i would need is my laptop. do i really need a instant porn in my pocket video player? maybe as novelty to show off new technology or for demos.
I am not hating on the mobile market AT ALL just trying to understand what the demand will be in the eyes of a long term consumer after the hype.
