Cambria came up with those items with an eye towards certain local jurisdictions' provincialism. It makes most people laugh. Unfortunately, the Miller obscenity standard is a LOCAL standard so it behooves an adult biz entrepreneur to know the full spectrum of LOCAL prejudices or else it might bite him in the ass. Just my take on why Cambria put those items on the list.
