That's a lot of nicotine isn't it? Do people usually smoke a pack for each beer?
In Washington State it was just recently voted in as well:
"The measure bans smoking in buildings and vehicles open to the public and in places of employment, including within 25 feet of doorways, windows and ventilation openings. "
Pretty strict but needed. Most smokers I know voted for it as well...
