This shouldn't be an issue if she doesn't have interest in him. Just tell her if she doesn't want him to be stern and tell him to fuck off. If he keeps harrasing her tell her to tell him she will go to the police. I just don't see why someone bugging you would ever be a problem. Is it that hard not to respond, answer, or have any affiliation with the guy?
