Currently it is ran just by me yes.....I'm busy getting 2 new admins to help me out. I'm currently busy getting them familiar with all my stuff and the way I want
all work to be done.
Non critical stuff is handled through a ticket system where tickets are being
handled in the order they come in with the exception of critical stuff in order
to reduce downtime for each and every customer.
Pro Active monitoring is included. Alarms will be dealt with 24/7/365. For urgent
request we are available 24/7/365 by phone (in case we're not available online).
No matter if we're asleep or not.....if it's critical to you we'll drag our asses out
of bed to resolve the matter inmediately
