$45 per sign up is paid upon special deals that are arranged with AllLiquid. Collectively, webmasters exceeding 50 webmasters in a pay period (weekly) will get $40/sign up, plus bonus rewards that equal up to about $2.5 ;-)

Epoch is the primary processor... IBill holds a secondary role.
